Justine Bolden

I was born in Los Angeles, raised in Northern California, and came back to LA the first chance I got. At fifteen, I started my first business reselling designer pieces during COVID. I learned early that the only real ceiling is how much work you are willing to put in. That belief has guided what came next, from studying Entrepreneurship at LMU to building my career in real estate.

I am also a signed model with Freedom Models LA. The two careers may look separate, but for me they go hand in hand. Modeling shapes how I move through this city, and it introduces me to the founders, athletes, models, and creatives I built this business to serve.

Working in the modeling industry has given me a firsthand understanding of how people in creative and entrepreneurial careers live, work, and think about a home. Too often, traditional agents talk past them or quietly write them off. I take them seriously and ask better questions. I understand the ambition and priorities that shape the way they live.

Real estate can be deeply transactional. An agent closes, moves on, and becomes someone you once worked with. I want the opposite. I want to understand what you are working toward, tell you the truth even when it is not the easiest answer, and remain the person you trust years from now. When it is over, you should not simply feel relieved. You should feel certain you made the right decision.
